4th International Conference on lipid droplets and oleosomes

After 3 previous successfull editions, we are proud to inform you that the 4rd International Conference on lipid droplets and oleosomes will take place in Montpellier in June 2-4, 2026.
During this event lipid droplets and oleosomes, their parts and potential applications as functional assemblies from plants to health and disease including nutritional and cosmetics innovations will be discussed.
The event will take place in Campus La Gaillarde located in the School of Agronomy Campus, close to the City Center, in the heart of the MedVallée and very nearby Montpellier University of Science and organized in tight connections with CIRAD and University.
Registration has been opened on 15 september 2025, so submit your abstracts to present your last and most innovative results on lipids droplets and oleosomes.
